We’re a bit different because we operate across two main spots, Mumbai and Vadodara. You might have seen our website at spml.co.in, but the real work happens on the ground in these cities. Mumbai is always fast-paced and crowded, which keeps us on our toes every single day. Then we have the Baroda side, which feels a bit more relaxed but still stays very busy with all the projects we have going on there. We spend a lot of time on the phone or traveling between the two locations. It’s a lot of coordination for Subhash Projects And Marketing Limited. We don't really have one of those slick, modern offices you see in movies with glass walls. Ours are more functional, filled with desks, computers, and a lot of printed reports. We have a mix of people working with us, some who have been here for decades and some newer faces. We don't really do the whole "corporate culture" thing very much. We just focus on the work that needs to get done. Whether we’re in Maharashtra or Gujarat, the goal is just to keep things moving. Sometimes it gets stressful trying to manage two different states, but we have a good rhythm now. We don't make big promises or anything, we just show up and handle the marketing and project details as they come.
