Studio Design Space

Our studio is located at F-6 Lakshya Heaven, which is tucked away behind Ambe School on Sama Road here in Vadodara. It’s a decent spot because it’s a bit removed from the loudest parts of the main road, but still easy to get to. We use this space for all our design work, so you’ll usually see a lot of drawings, material swatches, and computers running when you walk in. We aren't the type of place that has a fancy lobby or someone in a suit greeting you at the door. It’s just us, usually in our everyday clothes, working through different design ideas. Being behind the school means we hear the bell ring and the kids playing sometimes, which gives the place a bit of a neighborhood feel. We’ve been operating out of Lakshya Heaven for a while now and it suits us well. Most of our day is spent sketching or talking about how to make a space look better without spending an arm and a leg. We don’t do big presentations with lots of buzzwords. We just show people what we’ve come up with and see if they like it. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to drawing up floor plans. We like the creative side of things but we try to keep the business part of it very practical and down to earth. That is just how we operate at Studio Design Space.
