We are based at A/5 in Pramukh Swami Park. It’s right across from Sterling Biotech in Atladra, Vadodara. Even though we are part of the Palej division, this is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff. The office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done. We deal with steel, so things can get a bit technical, but we try to keep the talking simple. We aren't the type of people who like big meetings or long emails. We’d rather just fix a problem and move on. Being in Atladra is handy because we are close to other businesses. We’ve got a small group of people here who have worked together for a long time. We know how each other works, which makes things easier. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors, other times it’s just us and the computer screens. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just show up and make sure the steel business is handled right. The park is easy to find, and Sterling Biotech is a good landmark if you’re trying to locate us. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We like it that way. No drama, just work. Every day we come in and just do what needs doing to keep the business moving.
