Our place is at 1/12 in the Industrial Estate over in Gorva. It’s an older industrial area, so it’s got that worn-in feel. We work on radiators here. It’s a lot of metalwork, welding, and testing for leaks. The shop floor is usually a bit dark and smells like solder and iron. We’ve been in Gorva for a long time, and we’ve seen plenty of other businesses come and go. We just keep doing what we know. There’s no fancy air conditioning in our workspace; we just open the big doors and let the breeze in. It gets noisy when the machines are all running at once. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the radiators built and out the door. People in the estate know us as the guys who are always there. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep the ledgers and handle the phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We don't make things complicated. If a radiator needs fixing or a new one needs building, we just get the tools and start working. It’s the way we’ve always done it at unit 1/12. It is just steady work day after day. We like it that way because it keeps us busy and useful.
