Sura Construction Services

We are located at 12, Tower - A in the Nakshtra Apartment complex. It’s inside Spun Villa, over in the 4 Arunodaya area of Alkapuri, Vadodara. The pincode here is 390 007. It's a pretty busy part of Gujarat. At Sura Construction Services, we mostly spend our time looking over blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. Our office isn't very big, and it’s often cluttered with papers, site photos, and coffee cups. Being in Alkapuri means there is always something happening outside. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate headquarters with marble floors. It’s just a functional space where we plan out building projects. Sometimes the elevators in the apartment building are slow, so we end up waiting around a lot. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from laborers to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination. Vadodara is growing fast, so there's always a new project to discuss. We don't use big words or try to act more important than we are. We just know how to get things built and how to manage the sites we are working on. Most days are long and a bit tiring, but that’s just how the construction business goes. We like being in this part of town because it’s central for us. You can find us here most mornings before we head out to the sites to see how the actual building is going.
