Spicotex Services (Opc) Private Limited operates out of a space in Parsotam Park, which is located on High Tension Road in Subhanpur Village. It is a bit of an interesting spot, definitely not in the middle of a shiny business district. The road name itself tells you exactly where you are. We are at unit C 47. The office is pretty small, but it fits everything we need to keep things running. Since it is an OPC, it is a tight-knit operation. There isn't a huge team here, just a few of us making sure the daily tasks are handled properly. The area around Subhanpur has a different feel than the city center. It is a bit more grounded, maybe a bit slower in some ways, but we stay busy regardless. We do not have a front desk person or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you are likely to just see us at our desks working through the mail or updating files. The high tension lines nearby are a constant reminder of the industrial side of the area. We focus on the practical side of our services. We do not use a lot of jargon or try to sound like something we aren't. It is just a regular business in a regular neighborhood, doing the work that needs to be done. We appreciate the lack of pretense here. It allows us to just be ourselves and focus on the technical details of our daily routine without any extra distractions.
