Our office is up on the 4th floor of Lalita Tower. It's number 418, right on Dinesh Mill Road in Alkapuri. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic and people moving around. We’ve been operating from this building for a long time. It’s not the newest place in town, but it serves us well. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling shipments and making sure the paperwork for the imports and exports is correct. There’s always a box or two sitting in the hallway that needs to be moved. We have a few computers that have seen better years, but they still work fine for what we need. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes, but we don’t mind. The view from the window is just the street below, which is always full of cars. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you’ll just get one of us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to track where a container has ended up. It’s just regular work. We keep things pretty simple here. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know how the other person likes their tea. It’s a small operation, really, just tucked away in a corner of Alkapuri. We just try to get through the day's tasks without too much fuss or complications. It's just what we do.
