S.P. Rubber Industries

We’ve been operating S.P. Rubber Industries out of Vadodara for quite some time. It’s a busy city and there is always something going on around here. We just have our small space where we handle the daily manufacturing and whatever else comes up. It’s not a glamorous job. Usually, we're covered in dust or just tired by the end of the shift. But it’s what we do. Vadodara has a lot of industry, so we fit right in. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. Just the workspace where the actual work happens. Most of us have lived in the city our whole lives. We know the streets and the way things work here. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather gets too hot, but we just deal with it. It’s about being practical. We don’t have time for long meetings or corporate talk. We just want to get the orders out and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward life. We take pride in just being consistent. Every morning we open up and every evening we lock the gates. It’s honest work. Being in Vadodara makes sense for us because everything we need is right here. We don't plan on changing much. We just keep going. The floor is a bit uneven in the back corner, but we’ve learned to walk around it without thinking. We’re just local people doing what we know how to do best.
