Sona Tiles

Our shop is right at Channi Jagat Naka, a place most people around here know pretty well. Sona Tiles isn't a massive corporate showroom where everything is polished to a shine. We’ve got stacks of tiles and samples all over the place because that’s just how we work. It’s a bit dusty, honestly, but that’s the nature of the business when you’re moving heavy boxes around all day. We’ve been here for a while now, watching the traffic go by the junction. Most of the time, it’s just us talking to folks about what they need for their bathroom or kitchen. We don't use fancy sales pitches or try to push stuff people don't want. If a tile is good, it’s good, and that’s that. We know the local builders and the families who are just trying to fix up their old houses. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the morning, so we usually have the shutters half-down to keep it cool inside. It’s a simple life here at the Naka. We drink a lot of tea and wait for the next delivery truck to show up. Sometimes the shipments are late or the colors aren't exactly what we expected, but we deal with it as it comes. We’re just local people selling tiles to other local people. We don't have much of a website or any of that. If you need tiles, you just come down and see us.
