Singal Transport Baroda

Singal Transport Baroda is set up at 1201 Ranoli, right by the Mitra Mandal Chowk on Sarasbaug Road. It’s an area where you see a lot of trucks coming and going at all hours. Our office is simple, just a place to sit and manage the logistics of moving goods. The road outside stays pretty jammed with traffic, especially near the chowk, so we hear plenty of honking throughout the day. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know the transport business inside and out. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the load registers to see what’s moving where. It’s dusty work sometimes, being so close to the main transport routes, but that’s the nature of the job. We have a small bench outside where drivers sit and wait for their papers. There’s always a stack of delivery notes on the desk waiting to be filed. We don't go in for anything fancy here; the walls are plain and the floor is just stone. We focus on the trucks and the cargo. It's a long day, often starting before the sun is really up and ending well after dark. We know the routes around Baroda like the back of our hand. It’s just what we do to keep things moving along the road. It isn't a glamorous life but it's our daily routine and we are used to the pace.
