Our workshop is located inside the Sardar Industrial Estate, which is always humming with the sound of machinery. We do metal fabrication, which basically means we take pieces of iron and steel and turn them into things like window grills, gates, or structural frames. There is a lot of sparks and welding going on from early morning until we close up in the evening. It is a noisy environment, and we usually have to shout to be heard over the grinders. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our work comes from people who walk in with a rough drawing on a piece of scrap paper. We look at it, figure out how much steel it will take, and give them a price. It is straightforward and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and we have piles of raw materials stacked in the corners. We've been at this same spot for a while now, and we've gotten used to the heat from the torches. Our team is small, just some hard-working guys who know their way around a welding machine. If you need something made out of metal that won't fall apart, this is where we do that kind of work. It’s just a regular shop in the middle of a busy estate.
