Shree Ji Clinic

Shree Ji Clinic is situated right near Ratri Bajar in Vadodara, which means we are in one of the livelier parts of the city. During the day it’s okay, but once evening hits, the whole area wakes up with food stalls and people walking around. Our clinic is quite small, just a couple of rooms really. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their turn. I usually keep the door open to let some air in, even if it brings in a bit of noise from the street. The walls are painted an off-white color and we have a few folders stacked on the shelves behind the main desk. It isn't a fancy place with a lot of high-tech gadgets in the waiting room. We just have a clock on the wall and a small calendar from the local pharmacy. People from the nearby apartments and shops usually stop by when they aren't feeling well. We know a lot of the regulars who come in, and we usually have a quick chat about the weather or how the local market is doing. It’s a simple way to run a clinic, but it’s how we have always done it. We keep things clean, keep the records straight, and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It is a humble life, but it keeps us busy.
