Shneh Devloper'S

Shneh Devloper'S is based in Vadodara, over at the Satyam Flats in Vijay Nagar. The office is actually in E-2/370, which is part of a residential complex. We chose this spot because it’s quiet and easy for people to find once they are in the neighborhood. We work on building and development projects around Gujarat, mostly focusing on residential stuff. Since our office is in a flat, it has a very personal feel to it. You won't find any glass walls or marble floors here. It’s mostly maps, blueprints, and samples of materials like tiles and bricks lying around. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, it’s usually to meet with contractors or to go over some permits. Dealing with all the local regulations can be a bit of a slow process, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way so we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Sometimes the deadlines get tight and we are all a bit stressed, but we usually find a way to make things work. It’s a practical business run by people who actually live in the community. We aren't a big corporation.
