Our office for Shapoorji Paloonji Co. Ltd. (Cmg) is at 1242 E Ward in Kolhapur. We are right opposite the Shubh Mangal Hall at Bagal Chowk. It’s a very busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of energy and noise around the building. We find that being at Bagal Chowk makes it easy for people to find us. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some computers, and a whole lot of physical files because we still like to have things on paper. We aren't a big, polished corporate office. It's more of a place where the local team gets together to plan out the projects. We deal with a lot of different people coming in and out during the day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the hallway, but we don't mind much. The weather in Kolhapur can get pretty warm, so we’re grateful for the shade we get in the afternoons. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, we just do the work and keep the records straight. Most of us have been working here for quite a while, so we know the routine inside out. Lunch is usually a group affair where we talk about everything except work for a few minutes. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We focus on getting the tasks done and keeping things moving along as they should. It’s just a regular office for regular people working on big things.
