Shapoorji Paloonji & Co Ltd

Our Baroda office is at 1/5 Uday Park in the Gorwa area. It is a decent spot, a mix of residential and small business plots. Shapoorji Paloonji & Co Ltd has been here for a while. The building is a simple one-story structure. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when the weather isn't too hot. Inside, the office is divided into a few small rooms. One is for the main files and the others are for the staff desks. It’s a bit old-fashioned. We still use a lot of paper ledgers along with the computers. Gorwa can get quite busy during the day, but Uday Park is tucked away enough that it stays relatively quiet. We like the peace because it helps us focus on the numbers. We aren't a corporate showroom. If you came inside, you would just see people in regular clothes working on spreadsheets or talking on the phone to the site engineers. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and tea. It feels more like a small family business than a big company branch. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. It is just a practical, local office where we do our daily work without any fuss or bother. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done correctly. There is no polish here, just hard work and a lot of tea and conversation.
