Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. (Cmg)

Our spot for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. (Cmg) is in Saral Flats, number 303. It is tucked into the 37 Shrinagar Society in Vadodara. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning, but it keeps the team moving. The office itself is pretty small, just a regular flat converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which is fine by us. We mostly deal with the CMG side of things here. There are files everywhere and usually a couple of us hunched over computers. Vadodara has its own pace, and we try to stick to it. The area is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day compared to the main roads. Sometimes we get deliveries that get lost because the society layout is a bit confusing to outsiders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending out emails to keep the projects on track. It is the kind of place where you know the security guard by name. We do not have a big reception area or flashy signs. If you walk in, you will probably see someone making tea or checking a blueprint. It is practical. We do the work that needs doing and head home. There is not much to say about it other than we are a local branch trying to get through the weekly goals. It works for the team we have here.
