Shailesh Rawal

Shailesh Rawal is based at number 41 on Waghodia Road, specifically in the area near Horamavu Main Road and Dodda Banaswadi. We are tucked away right behind Atul Society, so it can be a little quiet compared to the main road, which is actually quite nice for getting things done. We have been in this location for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The office is a straightforward place. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions or expensive coffee machines. We just have our desks, some sturdy chairs, and the usual equipment we need to do our jobs. Shailesh is usually around if anyone needs to talk through something. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule; we just stay until the work is finished for the day. Most of our neighbors are families or other small businesses, so there is a nice community feel to the street. Sometimes we go out to the main road for tea when we need a break. It is a practical way of working. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we are being fair with everyone who comes through our door. It is a modest setup, but it suits us well and keeps our overheads low so we can stay right here.
