Visa Travel has been at Sb-4 Paradise Complex in Sayajigunj for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot with people always coming and going, but we like the energy of the area. People mostly come to see us to figure out their travel papers and visas because it gets so confusing doing it all alone. We just sit at our desks and go through the forms one by one with them. There’s usually a lot of paperwork piled up on the side. We don't have a big fancy office, just enough space to get the work done and talk to whoever walks through the door. Sayajigunj is a good area for this kind of thing. Most days start with checking emails and seeing who needs help with their passports or embassy visits. It’s a lot of waiting on hold and double-checking dates. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. Sometimes the systems go down and we just have to sit and wait, which is annoying for everyone involved. We know how much of a headache it is to deal with travel documents when you just want to go somewhere on a trip. We're just here to help sort that out. It’s a small team here at Visa Travel. We know each other well and we know the regulars. If you're looking for us, look for the Paradise Complex sign. We're usually there until the evening. It’s just regular work, nothing too exciting.
