If you go up to the first floor of the Antrix Complex, you’ll find us at FF-3. We’re right across from the World Trade Center in Sayajigunj, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. The complex itself is an older building, and you can tell by the stairs and the way the hallways are laid out. Inside our shop, it’s mostly stacks of computer towers, monitors, and cardboard boxes filled with cables. We try to keep things organized, but when three or four repairs come in at once, the counters get buried pretty fast. It’s a busy atmosphere. People walk in with laptops that won't turn on or asking for some obscure part that we have to dig through the back room to find. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge with soft music. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't currently holding a screwdriver. The air conditioner hums a bit too loud in the summer, but it keeps the hardware cool, which is what matters. Sayajigunj is a good area to be in, even if parking is a total nightmare most afternoons. We see a lot of students and office workers who are just trying to get their tech fixed so they can get back to their lives. It’s simple work, really. We just take things apart, see what’s wrong, and try to put them back together. It’s usually dusty, but that's computer repair for you.
