We are located out in the GIDC Manjusar area, specifically at plots 367 and 368. It is a bit of a drive from the main city of Vadodara, out toward Savli, but this is where all the industrial stuff happens anyway. At Alikraft India, we handle a lot of manufacturing and heavy lifting. The space here is big enough for our machinery and the materials we have to move around every day. It gets pretty noisy on the floor when everything is running, but that is just part of the environment. We have a mix of experienced guys and some newer hands working together. There is always something that needs fixing or a machine that needs a bit of oil. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and find whoever is available to talk. The roads in GIDC can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we still get our shipments out on time. It is a straightforward operation. We make things, we pack them up, and we send them where they need to go. Working in Gujarat means there is a lot of competition, so we just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not always easy, but it is what we do. The heat in the shed can be tough in May, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it.
