Advance Powdertech-Resins Ltd. is located out at E-34 on F-road in Gidc Manjusar. It’s a bit of a drive from Vadodara, out in the Savli taluka. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The area is purely industrial, so there isn't much around except other factories and some small tea stalls for the workers. Our place is a typical factory setup. We spend our days dealing with resins and powders, so it can get a bit messy. We don't have any polished floors or bright lights. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We don't really go for those corporate meetings. Usually, we just talk about what needs to happen over a cup of tea in the morning. The weather in Gujarat can be really tough, especially in the summer when the factory gets very hot. We just manage as best as we can. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of what we make and making sure the bags are loaded correctly. We aren't a flashy company. We just provide what our customers ask for and try to keep things simple. It’s a long day sometimes, especially with the commute, but we like the quiet of the industrial estate once the sun starts to go down.
