Aditi Wood Industries

We have been operating out of unit 376 in Gidc Manjusar for a while now. Savli is where we are based, right in the Vadodara district. It is not a fancy place by any means. We mainly work with wood and there are usually piles of planks and timber stacked up everywhere you look. The shop stays pretty dusty because the saws and planes are running most of the day. It can get quite loud inside when everyone is busy. We handle a lot of different kinds of orders. Some are big projects and some are just small things for people nearby. We do not have a big fancy office or a receptionist. It is mostly just the workshop floor. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. It gets very hot here in Gujarat during the summer months, so we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We use various types of wood depending on what the job needs. Sometimes we are cutting for construction and other times for furniture. It really just depends on the day. We get our raw material delivered on big trucks and then we spend our time cutting it down to size. It takes a bit of patience to get everything right. We don't like to rush the work.
