We are out at 455, GIDC Manjusar, in the Savli Taluka of Vadodara. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where all the big plants are. At Abp Induction Systems Pvt. Ltd., the space is huge. We have these massive induction units being worked on all the time. It’s loud because of the welding and the cranes moving overhead. The roof is high, which is good because it gets incredibly hot in Gujarat during the summer. We have a small office section, but most of us spend our time out on the floor. There’s always a project half-finished or someone testing a new system. We’ve got a lot of engineers and technicians running around with clipboards and tools. Lunch is usually a quick affair in the canteen. We’ve been in the Vadodara district for a long time, and everyone knows the Manjusar area is where the real heavy work happens. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy slogans. We just show up, look at the schematics, and get the systems built. The address is 455, and it’s a big site, so you can’t really miss it once you’re on the main road in the GIDC. It’s a lot of metal, wires, and hard work. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects.
