Savani Roadlines

We are Savani Roadlines, and we operate out of Plot No 35 in Pawar Wasti, which is part of the Kudalwadi area in Vadodara. Our place is quite near Salatwada Road. Because we deal with transport, we need a bit of space, and this plot gives us exactly that. It’s mostly a big open area where we can keep things moving. There is a small office building on one side of the plot where we do all the scheduling and talk to the drivers. It’s not a very fancy setup, just some desks, a lot of clipboards, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. The ground is mostly gravel and dirt, so it gets a bit muddy when it rains, but that’s just part of the job. I spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who come by with deliveries. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything goes where it’s supposed to go. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years now and the local people know us pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get the work done without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes things go wrong, a truck breaks down or a road is closed, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s how it is in this line of work. It’s hard work and long hours, but we keep at it every day.
