Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd

It might seem a bit odd to find Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd with an address on Fourwinds Drive in North York, Toronto, but this is where we are based for this side of things. We are located at 1113-25, which is a busy area near the university. The office is pretty standard for this part of Ontario. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff and coordination that doesn't always involve being on-site in India. Our windows look out over the North York streets, and the weather is definitely a lot colder than where the project is actually located. We spend a lot of time on computers and on long-distance calls. It’s a small team here, just trying to keep the information flowing and making sure the documentation is handled correctly. We don’t have big meetings or corporate events. Most days, it’s just us with our coffee, going through reports and spreadsheets. The building is a bit older, so you hear the neighbors sometimes, but it’s a decent place to work. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the tasks at hand rather than making a big impression. We just do our bit from this side of the ocean and keep things moving as best as we can.
