Sanjeev V Mistry

I’m Sanjeev V Mistry, and I run things from my place here at Sumant Park. It is flat D-1/202, right on the Akota Pune Saswad Road. It is directly opposite Shrenik Park, which makes it pretty easy for people to find once they get into the area. I decided to set things up here because it is a decent location and I don’t have to deal with the chaos of a main market office. Most of the work involves sitting down with people and going over details. It’s a quiet enough spot, though you can hear the traffic from the road sometimes. I’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly focusing on getting the job done without too much fuss. There isn't a big team or a receptionist at the front. When you come by, you’re usually talking directly to me. I keep my files organized in the back room, and there’s usually some tea on the go if someone drops in for a chat about a project. It’s not the kind of place with big signs or flashing lights. It is just a work office in a residential complex. People appreciate that it’s low-key. I spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone, making sure things move along as they should. If I’m not here, I’m probably out on a site or running an errand. It’s just a steady, everyday business.
