Sanjay Modi & Associates

Our office is S/1 in the Mangalam Apartment. We are situated on Chhani Road. If you are near the Chanakyapuri Char Rasta, you are very close to us. Sanjay Modi & Associates has been based in this apartment for years. The building is a mix of homes and small businesses like ours. It has a bit of a lived-in feel. We have our name on the board downstairs. Inside, it is mostly just desks and computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan that helps. There is usually a bit of noise from the Char Rasta, especially during rush hour. We don't mind it much. It feels like being part of the neighborhood. Sanjay Modi & Associates is not a corporate giant. We are just local people doing our jobs. The files are stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes we lose a pen and find it a week later. It is a very normal office. People stop by to drop off papers now and then. We have a small kettle for making tea in the corner. Chhani Road is a busy place, which is good for us. We like being in Mangalam Apartment because it is easy for people to find. We just keep working through the tasks one by one. It is not always glamorous, but it is what we do and we are comfortable here. It is home.
