Sanjari Auto Gas Kit is located in Akota, right at Shreya House. Most people find us because we are directly opposite the Taj Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. I spend my days looking under the hoods of cars. Fitting these gas kits takes a lot of patience and some grease on the elbows. It’s a messy job sometimes, but I like figuring out the mechanics of it. The shop gets a bit of a breeze if the doors are open, but mostly it's just the smell of engines and tools. Akota is a busy area, so there’s always cars honking outside. I started doing this because people wanted a cheaper way to drive their cars. It’s not a glamorous shop. There are spare parts and toolboxes scattered on the workbenches. I have a small desk where I keep the paperwork, but I'm rarely sitting at it. Usually, I'm leaning over a fender or checking a tank in the trunk. The Taj Hotel across the way looks very fancy, and then here we are, just getting our hands dirty with car parts. It’s a funny contrast if you think about it. Customers come in with all sorts of vehicles. Some are old, some are new. We just take them as they come and get the work done. It’s a long day from morning until the sun goes down, but it’s what I know how to do. The concrete floor gets oily, but that's just part of the everyday work.
