Sanghi Industries Ltd

Our place is called Shanti and we are located at B/53 in the Sonarika Society. It is right behind the Telephone Exchange on Water Tank Road in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. It is a quiet enough spot for an office, which is nice when you have a lot of work to get through for Sanghi Industries Ltd. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that; it’s just a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. Inside, it feels very lived-in, with mismatched chairs and piles of files on the tables. We like it that way because it doesn’t feel like a stiff corporate office. Most of us have been working here in Vadodara for a long time, so we know the local suppliers and the people in the neighborhood. We spend our days making calls, checking on deliveries, and keeping the books updated. There is usually a pot of tea on the go, and someone is always coming or going. We don’t have a formal way of doing things; we just figure it out as we go along and make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We don’t need to tell people how good we are; we just do the work and let that be it. It’s just how we operate in this little corner of Gujarat.
