Sandvik Asia Limited

We are located at B66 in the Mahalaxmi Park Society, right across from Zavernagar in Baroda. Being on the Harni Warashia Ring Road makes it easy to get around, though the noise from the traffic can be a bit much in the mornings. This Sandvik Asia Limited office is basically inside a housing society. It’s a very typical Gujarat neighborhood. You have families living right next door to where we are trying to manage company business. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The office is basically a ground-floor unit where we keep all our equipment and records. It gets pretty hot in Baroda, especially in the summer, so the air conditioner is always running. We have a small team here. Most of the time we are just busy with the daily grind, checking orders and making sure the logistics are moving. We don't have a fancy corporate culture. We just talk like regular people and get the work finished. If there is a festival in the society, we usually take part or at least hear all the music. It’s a nice community vibe. It’s not a polished business environment, just a practical place where we show up every day and do what needs to be done.
