Sandip S. Vaidya

Sandip S. Vaidya is the name on the door here at 107/8, R.C. Dutt Road near Kanakapura Road. This is a working office, so it’s usually a bit of a mess. We have samples of materials sitting in corners and old project files that probably should be in the bin. I’ve been in this location for a good number of years. It’s a convenient spot, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. It's just us doing the work that needs to be done. Most days involve a lot of coffee and a lot of looking at fine print. We aren't trying to be the biggest office in town. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but it keeps us cool enough. People drop by without appointments sometimes, and we just pull up a chair for them. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We don't wear suits or use big words to sound important. We just talk like regular people and get the drawings finished on time. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but our little office stays pretty much the same. It’s a reliable place where we put in the hours every day of the week to stay on top of things.
