Our office is over in Vadodara, specifically at location 616. Sairang Estate Pvt Ltd is mainly about property and land. We don't have a big team of polished sales people in suits. It’s just us in a regular office space with some desks and a lot of maps and papers spread out. We spend a good chunk of our time talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of land they are looking for. The real estate market here in Vadodara can be a bit unpredictable, so we just try to keep up with what's happening. We aren't here to give anyone a hard sell. If a property isn't right for someone, we just tell them and move on to the next thing. The office can be a bit chaotic with the phone ringing and people dropping in without an appointment. We have stacks of files that probably need better organizing, but we manage to find what we need eventually. It’s a local business and we know the streets and neighborhoods around here pretty well. We don't use any fancy marketing talk about dreams or futures. We just deal with the practical side of buying and selling property. Some days we are out on site, walking around in the sun, and other days we are stuck behind the desk doing paperwork. It’s just how it is. We try to be honest about the pros and cons of different areas. People seem to appreciate that more than a fancy brochure.
