Our office is over in Sama 1. It’s a simple place, nothing too flashy. Sailesh Nair & Associates is basically just a few of us working together. We don't really believe in all that corporate talk you hear these days. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. The space in Sama 1 is enough for what we need. We have some computers, a printer that sometimes acts up, and plenty of coffee. It’s a quiet enough area which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors are nice. We don’t spend much time on advertising or making things look perfect. If the work is good, people usually find us. That’s how it’s always been for our little group. We handle various tasks that come our way, mostly dealing with drawings and paperwork that people find confusing or frustrating. We try to explain things in plain English when someone asks us a question. It’s not about being the most famous firm in the country. It’s about being reliable for the people who trust us. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s the nature of the work we chose. Sama 1 is a good base for us. We know where everything is and we’ve made the space our own over the years. It’s just a regular office where we try to do decent work every day. No more, no less. It’s how we like to run things.
