Sabari Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Nandesari GIDC area, specifically at A2/236 in Tagore Nagar. If you know this part of the world, you know it’s all about industry and manufacturing. Our plant is surrounded by other factories, and there is always a faint smell of chemicals in the air, which we don't even notice anymore. The yard is usually full of blue plastic drums and metal tanks waiting to be filled or moved. We spend our shifts monitoring the equipment and making sure the mixing processes are going exactly as they should. It’s a lot of walking around on concrete floors and checking gauges. We have a small office attached to the main shed where the paperwork gets handled, but most of us are out on the floor for the better part of the day. It gets very humid inside the plant during the monsoon, and the fans never seem to do quite enough to cool us down. We wear our safety gear and follow the routine that’s been in place for years. Lunch is usually a quick affair in the break room before heading back to check the latest batch. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s essential work for the supply chain. We’ve been part of this industrial community for quite a while, and we know our neighbors well. It’s just a group of people working hard in the heat to get the product out.
