Rudra International Pictures

Rudra International Pictures is based in Sayajigunj, specifically in room 304A at Gardenview Chambers. We’re right across from the Kalaghoda area, which is always a landmark for people trying to find us. The building itself is okay, though the elevator can be a bit temperamental on Mondays for some reason. Inside the office, we have posters taped to the walls and a few stacks of hard drives sitting on the desks. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Most days start with someone making a big pot of tea and then we just get to work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about different projects. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and we end up ordering food from the place downstairs. There are big windows that look out towards the main road, and it’s nice to watch the city go by when we need a break. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up and opens it. It's a casual environment. We wear jeans and shirts, and we don't worry too much about the corporate side of things. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a small team but we manage to stay busy enough through the year.
