Our office is located in the Shantinagar Society in Bholav, which is in the Bharuch district of Gujarat. Specifically, we are at 24/C, right near the Avdhootnagar Society. Being an industrial company like Rubamin Ind. Ltd., you might expect us to be in a big factory complex, but this office is where a lot of our administrative and coordination work happens. Bharuch is a very industrial area, so there is always a lot of movement and activity around here. We’ve been part of this community for quite some time. The office itself is pretty modest. We have our standard desks, filing cabinets, and the usual equipment you need to run a business. Most of our day involves talking to people at different sites, managing logistics, and making sure the paperwork for our industrial operations is all in order. It’s a lot of practical, day-to-day stuff that doesn’t always sound exciting, but it’s what keeps the company running. The weather in Gujarat can be quite tough, especially during the summer, but we just get on with it. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls; we just have the things we need to do our jobs. People in the society know us, and we try to just keep our heads down and get through the tasks. It’s just a regular group of people working hard in a local neighborhood to make sure everything stays on track with our industrial commitments.
