Roshan Construction L.L.C. Dubai

Even though the name says Roshan Construction L.L.C. Dubai, we are actually located right here in Vadodara. Our office is at A 22 Vrundavan Park Society, which is tucked behind the Amit Complex on VIP Road in the Karelibaug area. It’s a nice enough spot in Gujarat. We’ve been using this residential-style office for our operations for a while. It’s a bit of a mix, having that Dubai name but being firmly rooted in Vadodara. We handle construction projects and general contracting work. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving out to check on how things are progressing at various sites. The Karelibaug area is pretty active, so there’s always something happening nearby. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with running a construction firm. The office is full of files and old site plans that have been sitting there for years. We keep it simple and don't worry too much about having the latest office furniture. What matters is that the work gets done and the clients are okay with the results. People sometimes ask about the name, and we just tell them it's how the business was registered. We are just local people doing local work. It’s a decent living and it keeps us busy from morning until evening most days of the week. We don't make things complicated, we just build stuff as requested by the folks who hire us.
