R.M Eenterprises is based at Plot No, G-8 in the Fatima Complex, which is near the ITI on Athawa Raod. It is a busy complex with a lot of different shops and offices, so there is always someone coming or going. Our office is a bit small, but it has everything we need to keep the business running smoothly. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of shelves for our records. It is not the kind of place that would win any design awards, but it is comfortable for us. We have been here for a few years now and we like the location because it is easy for people to find once they get to Athawa Raod. The walk from the main gate to our door is short, and we usually keep the door open to let in a bit of a breeze. Our team is small and we do not have a lot of hierarchy. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do and we just get on with it. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and we usually order some snacks from the shop downstairs to keep us going. We are just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who come to us. We do not have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a to-do list. That is enough for us to keep things moving.
