We are located up on the 7th floor of the Indra Complex in Manjalpur. It’s a decent view from up here, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. Rishi FIBC Solution Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days dealing with industrial packaging and bulk containers. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the specs are right. The Indra Complex is a well-known landmark in Manjalpur, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. We have a fairly open office layout, which makes it easy to shout questions across the room when we need an answer fast. It’s not the quietest place, but it’s productive. We aren't into those polished, sterile office environments. Our desks are usually covered in samples and paperwork. We’ve been in this business for a while and we’ve learned that being practical is better than being fancy. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hours, but that’s just how it goes. Our team is pretty tight-knit. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just make sure the orders are processed and the quality is what it should be. It’s a regular job for regular people and we've been at it for a long time.
