Rishab Impex is located at 2/6041 in Dev Nagar. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it’s a busy area. We have been here for a long time. The street is always loud with cars and people, and there is always something going on right outside our door. Inside, we just focus on the imports and exports. It’s a lot of boxes, inventory lists, and tracking numbers. We don't have a big team, just a few people who have been with us for years and know the routine. We know the neighbors and the guy at the local tea stall. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it suits us. We don't really go for the modern look because that costs money we’d rather use elsewhere. It’s more about getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the shipments are late, and we have to spend the whole evening on the phone trying to figure out where things are. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy website or a dedicated marketing person. Most people hear about us from other traders in Karol Bagh. It’s a tight community and words travels fast. We try to keep things organized, even when it gets chaotic during the festival seasons when everyone is in a rush. The building has been there forever and shows its age, but we like it here. Everything we need is close by. It’s just how we run things. Nothing too special, just a local business trying to keep things moving.
