Our office is on the third floor of the Paradice Complex in Sayajigunj, Vadodara. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a workout every day, especially when the lift is being serviced. Sayajigunj is a very central part of the city, so there is always something happening right outside our windows. At Rekvina Pharmaceuticals, we handle the administrative side of the medicine business. It’s a relatively small space, so we have to be careful about where we put everything. There are files everywhere, and our desks are usually covered in samples and order forms. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who handle everything from sales to logistics. The complex itself has a lot of other businesses, so the hallways are always full of people moving back and forth. It can get a bit noisy in the afternoons when the market outside is at its peak. We usually grab a quick snack from one of the street vendors nearby when things get busy. We don't have any polished mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes taped to the monitors. It’s a simple, functional office where we try our best to stay on top of the daily grind. It's a bit cramped, but it's our home base and it works for us.
