Our office is tucked away in the Safa Marva Complex on the Tandalja - Vasna Road. If you are familiar with Vadodara, you know this area gets pretty lively. We are at FF 14, which is on the first floor. It's right opposite Basera Duplex. At Recruit4job, we don't really go in for those fancy office setups you see in the movies. It’s a practical space with enough chairs and a few desks where we handle our daily business. We’ve been here in Tandalja for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. Most days are just a mix of answering phones and looking over paperwork. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just local folks who know the Vadodara - 390012 area well and wanted to set up something useful. Sometimes the lift in the complex is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. People stop by quite often because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep things simple and honest. There’s no complicated jargon used here. We just talk like normal people do. If you walk into our office, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and staring at our screens, trying to find the right fit for the various roles we have on our list. It’s a straightforward operation here at Recruit4job, and we like it that way.
