The office is located at 118 Panorama on R.C. Dutt Road. This is a well-known area, and the workspace is just one of many in the building. Dhiren Chemical Industries isn't some giant factory; this is just the administrative side where orders are handled and conversations with suppliers take place. The actual chemical work happens at a different site, but here is where all the decisions are made. Our office feels a bit cramped because of all the files and samples of different powders and liquids scattered around. It’s a very practical space for what we do. R.C. Dutt Road is usually full of traffic, so the sound of honking is constant. With a small staff, we’ve all been working together for a long time. Jargon isn't really used when we talk to our clients. Telling them what is in stock and what the price will be is usually enough. Most days are spent checking shipments and making sure the billing is correct. It can be a bit dry sometimes, but it’s what we know. Meetings might happen in the small conference room, but mostly we just chat across our desks. Changing the world isn't the goal; we just want to make sure customers get their chemicals on time. It’s a straightforward business and the routine is nice. The view from the window isn't great, but the location is convenient for most people who need to visit.
