Our place is located out in Matawali Khadkhi, which is near Koyali in Baroda. It is mostly an industrial sort of area. We spend the majority of our time dealing with chemicals and manufacturing tasks. The sun gets really hot in this part of Gujarat, especially during the long afternoons. Our building is not anything special to look at from the outside. It is just a functional space for the work we do. We have some storage tanks and pipes scattered around the yard. There is always someone around to check the inventory levels. It can get a bit dusty with all the heavy trucks moving in and out of the industrial zone. We have a small office tucked inside where the bills and receipts are sorted out. It is mostly just us doing our jobs without any extra fuss. We usually eat our lunch together when it is not too busy. The road leading up to the gate is a bit bumpy. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who work at Ran Chemical. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. We much prefer focusing on the actual production side of things. It has been this way for a long time now. We follow our usual routines and make sure things move out to customers. Baroda is a good place for this kind of industry. We have almost everything we need within a short drive. It is a straightforward operation.
