Rama Speciality Paints

You can find us over at 23 Channi Naka, right in the Market Yard Road area. We are tucked into the Kunj Complex, which is quite close to Chaitali Bazar. It gets really busy around here, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. The shop isn't huge, but we managed to fit a lot of specialty stock on the racks. Most of the time, I am busy checking inventory or talking to someone about a specific finish they need for a project. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy buckets around and making sure everything stays organized in such a small space. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. The complex itself is older, so it has that lived-in feel. I like being near the bazar because there’s always life on the street. Sometimes we get people coming in who are just passing through, and other times it’s the same faces we’ve seen for years. We don't have any big sales pitches or fancy displays. It is just about having the right paint when someone needs it. The walls of the shop are covered in old paint samples where we tested things out. It’s a practical place for people who actually do the work. We just try to stay helpful and keep the shelves full so nobody leaves empty-handed.
