Rajeswer Auto Part

Out here in Village Raopura, things move a bit slower than they do in Vadodara city. We are located near the Super Market, right by the Raopura Post Office. It’s a good spot because everyone comes through here sooner or later to get their mail or buy groceries. Rajeswer Auto Part is a small shop packed with shelves from the floor to the ceiling. We carry all kinds of bits and pieces for tractors, motorcycles, and the occasional car that makes its way through the Taluka Waghodia area. Sometimes it takes me a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for because the boxes are piled up pretty high. I know where most things are, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers about the weather and how their equipment is holding up. It isn’t just about selling a spark plug or a belt; it’s about being part of the village life here. If someone’s machine breaks down in the field, they usually send a kid over to see if we have the part they need. We keep the shop open late during the harvest season because that’s when people need us most. It’s a simple life and we don’t need much more than our small corner of Raopura to keep us busy.
