Our shop is at Plot No. C2/1 on Jayshree Road, right near the Post Office in the Talav Gate area. It’s a pretty central spot, so we see a lot of people passing by all the time. Being near the post office makes it easy for folks to find us if they haven’t been here before. We mostly handle agency work, dealing with different types of auto parts and supplies. The office inside is small and filled with ledgers and stacks of papers. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to customers who walk in. The street outside can be quite noisy with the traffic going towards the gate. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners on the road. Usually, we open up early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. There’s always something to organize or a delivery to check. We don't really do much advertising; word of mouth in this neighborhood seems to be enough. It’s a simple life running an agency like this. We just try to keep the right items in stock so people don’t have to wait too long. It gets a bit busy during the middle of the week, but we manage to keep things moving along. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. We just focus on keeping the business running smoothly day after day.
