Our office is located at 101 Sriram Nagar along the Sussen-Tarsali Road in Baroda. If you know the Tarsali area, you know it’s a growing part of town with a lot of movement. Raheja Developer (P) Ltd. operates out of this space, and it’s a fairly straightforward environment. We don’t go in for much fluff. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some maps spread out on the main desk. Working in Gujarat means dealing with the heat, so the fans are always spinning while we look over development plans. Most of our days are spent talking to local vendors or checking on how a specific piece of land is coming along. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on Sussen-Tarsali Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We are just a group of people trying to manage the building side of things without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we stay late to sort it out. We aren't a huge corporate chain; we just handle our local projects from this Baroda address. People around here know where to find us if they need to discuss a plot or a building requirement. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of site visits to keep everything moving forward in the right way.
