Our shop is on the ground floor of Chaitanya Apartment, right near Ganpati Chowk. It’s a busy spot, and the C 101/102 units stay pretty full with boxes and spare parts. We handle a lot of sales and repairs for things people use every day. Some days it feels like every machine in the neighborhood decided to stop working at once. We usually have someone at the front desk while the rest of us are in the back or out visiting customers. R V Desai Road gets crowded, so getting parts delivered can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just shelves of stock and a workbench that’s seen better days. We’ve stayed in this spot because everyone knows where the Ganpati Chowk is, so it’s easy for folks to drop off their stuff. We drink a lot of tea while we look at circuit boards or talk to people about what model they need. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we aren’t all related. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, the floor gets covered in bubble wrap and cardboard. It’s just how it goes when you’re trying to keep up with orders. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic work of selling and fixing things so people can get back to their day-to-day lives without too much trouble.
