Our office is in Vadodara, on R C Dutt Road. We are in the Siddharth Complex, room 204. It’s a pretty well-known road in this part of Gujarat. Novosis Green Technologies Llp is the name on the door. We focus on tech stuff that’s related to the environment. It sounds complicated, but we try to keep our daily work simple. We have a few computers, some diagrams on the walls, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to make things work better. It’s not a big corporate environment. It’s more like a group of people who are trying to figure things out together. Sometimes we hit a wall with a project and have to start over. That’s just part of the process. We don't have any polished slogans. We just show up at the complex every morning and get to it. The area around R C Dutt Road is always humming with people and cars. It’s a good place to be based. We aren't interested in being the most famous company in India. We just like the work we do and we try to do it right. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a discussion or looking at some data on a screen. We keep things grounded and just focus on the job at hand. It’s a plain, honest way to work every day.
